Board Directors (voluntary role)
We are looking for two dynamic individuals, who are passionate about building inclusive communities to join our Board of Directors. We are interested in people who believe in our aims, vision, mission and values and are willing to contribute their time, skills and experience to ensure our organisation meets its responsibilities as a Community Interest Company.
Knowledge in one of the following areas would be an asset to our existing team
- HR
- Business Development
- Finance
- Fundraising
- Marketing and Communications
This is an unpaid role, but access costs and reasonable expenses will be provided as needed.

- a personal statement stating why you would like to join us and how you think you can contribute.
- a CV outlining your skills and experience.
- Please state ‘board application’ and your name in the subject header.

Interviews: w/c 3rd Mar.
If you are successful you will be invited to observe our Board meeting in April and following that you will be invited to join and provided with induction/training.

As a small organisation we rely on on our wonderful volunteers and have a variety of opportunities for people to be involved with us throughout the year from marketing to event stewarding. Ambassadors (voluntary role)
Our ambassadors are a integral part of our organisation representing both the organisation and the wider Bristol refugee community, assisting the engagement team to involve refugee and asylum seekers in the festival activities and being a voice for refugees and asylum seekers in the city. If you have lived experience of the asylum process and would like to be an ambassador, please contact us for more details.
